About a week ago, a brother was sharing about an evergreen issue that has been with us for as long as man has been. It was to a group of young people and I sense it was timely because lately, I have been brooding over the same issue personally. The topic of discourse was DISTRACTIONS. the crux of his message was, the devil has no issue with you being born or designed for greatness, but one thing he is majorly preoccupied with is orchestrating suitable and multifaceted distractions that will enable you to just live with the idea of greatness in your head but not live in the reality of the same. Four years back, I was having a conversation with my aged father, and he said something thought-provoking to me, he said to me: “Son, faithfulness is long gone in this your generation, life has changed and things are not as obtained in our time”. Afterwards, several questions kept coming to my mind about faithfulness, and gauging it with my life, I understood that faithfulness is not just a word but a basic principle of life.  Faithfulness is the state of being faithful, being faithful simply means being loyal, having faith, being reliable and worthy of trust.
